Started supporting supply chain IT operations at Keysight, where I quickly became the person others turned to for anything infrastructure-related. Over three years I've delivered projects across server upgrades, Azure deployments, database security, monitoring solutions, and system migrations — each one making our operations a little more stable, secure, and ready for what's next.

My approach has always been: understand it deeply, document it clearly, then share it with the team. Knowledge stuck in one person's head is a single point of failure.
